-Diagnoses hardware and operating system problems.
-Troubleshoot technical issues related to OS and H/W of computers
-Delight customers by resolving the problems on the same call and seek closure confirmation of the case from the customer.
-Follow step-by-step troubleshooting approach in order to resolve the issue from the root level.
-Manage end-user customer phone calls / Remote/ E-mail
-Demonstrate effective typing and verbal communication skills
-Document case information.
-Demonstrate efficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Demonstrate commitment to client/ customer satisfaction
-Demonstrate basic technical knowledge
-B.Tech/ BE/ BCA/B.Sc IT Graduate: 0-1 year experience
-Basic technical troubleshooting skills/ability
-Communication flow, sentence construction and correct grammar
-English communication, Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
-Good listening and responding skills.
