1. Develop Management Information System for reporting on key Operational Indicators in Production, Quality and Cost:
2. Prepare list of important reports, with all required information clearly defined, in the following areas
3. Production Tracking o Summarising Quality Performance and Trends in Quality
4. Summarising TRS trends for Critical machines
5. Tracking of stock and consumption of consumables
6. Headcount and Overtime costs
7. Automate the Reports with Database Management Tools
