Key Responsibilities:

-Globally support the internal processes and transition of the Customer Relationship Review (CRR) process.
-Prepare reports and support analysis of CRR data as requested by each business.
-Act as interface with IT group to facilitate successful transition of reporting through PowerInsight reporting tool
-Assist with planning and tracking of completed interviews as needed for each business
-Review and enter interview results into PowerInsight reporting tool as needed for each business.
-Create and modify discussion guide templates and upload in PowerInsight reporting tool
-Update CRR pages of Corporate Sales and Marketing website
-Support training on CRR process globally

Desired Profile:

-Position requires a Masters Degree, preferably an MBA from a premier university with at least 1 year of work experience
-Candidate must possess strong analytical skills and excel know how.
-Job requires proficient English communication skills, including writing clear reports and creating concise presentations.
-Ability to multi task efficiently (time and process management skills).
-Independent thinker and ability to deal with ambiguity
